Great article and very important reminder. We all need to take care of our mental health just as we take care of our physical health. Indeed some of us are more prone to mental health disorders, yet we continue to treat this topic as taboo and thus further the dilemma.

This article makes me want to start seeing a mental health specialist. Do you have any resources or references where one can start? I am a Muslim sister of low-income background in NYC. I will be doing research to find something suitable for me.
