Anger is indeed a tool we use to cover up whatever F G H we have inside our heart, but tbh I didn’t realise it until today how this is something used as self-defence instead of blowing out the outbursts.

Wow, what a series. The more I read your writings, the more I am inspired by you, and the more I love you :) May Allah bless your skill and make you a source of learners like me.

As for your question, the anger part. I can totally relate to this; F,G and H. More often than not, it is our insecurities that trigger the anger button in us. Many people hide their insecurities, pain and guilt behind their anger. If someone hits their weakest nerve, they explode in anger because they cannot put their vulnerable side up. Maybe they don’t know how to deal with it, yet, maybe. I cant say for sure. But I want to ask you something. Most of the times, I don’t get angry, which apparently does seem like a good thing, but it is not really or I am not sure. I dot get angry but hurt, actually just hurt, even when I should get angry. I don’t explode but tear up. I actually start crying instead of getting angry. Do you think it is an healthy expression?
