Here’s what I think about going to Umrah or Hajj, especially for those who keep thinking we are not “ready”. I went for Umrah once in January 2016. Not to boast. But, to share with you my experience that yes even in Umrah there is discomfort.

Anyway.

Umrah is incomparable to Hajj. Umrah is like the “Pre-Introduction” of the introduction to Hajj.

I went through some complications doing Umrah. People got lost. My mum and me almost got stampede breathless. I freaking lost my cool in front of Kaabah because of some group of people with no patience and manners. My grandma fell and broke her hip bone. And I got a bad cold rash. Very bad cold rash.

Yea..it was bearable.

We were still alive home. Alhamdulillah.
My friends….if umrah and hajj was smooth sailing..if we were to wait until the perfect moment when “we are more filled with iman and taqwa”…That day will never come..

Just go..Build your taqwa and iman by going to umrah and hajj..not the opposite.
