Narrated by ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her): “I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is your view if I know when the Night of Al-Qadr is, then what should I say in it?’ He said: ‘Say: Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, indeed You are Pardoning, You love pardoning, so pardon me.'”

Assalamo Alaikum.worth read article Umme Sumaya.may Allah SWT grant you ajar for this.i want to add into this.As the women who are at home and mothers,they feel deprived of opportunity of doing ibadah as men.for them ,they can read zikr or Dua during cooking and cleaning home.and for little ones ,Full Quran Audio can be played so that they also complete Quran in listening.
