I just wanted to add that if we get enough sleep, its also good for the heart. We sleep at the right time. Sleeping early while waking up and staying up at fajr time makes me feel so good. I would suggest for the article to become more effective, to have a form with more spacing between paragraphs;and also while one may think it will increase the number of pages and deter a reader,but the contrary would be true if spacing between lines is created to space and hald instead of single spacing.

Start with 15 mins or so. Walk, cycle, or run/jog etc.

I read somewhere that before moving onto serious training, begin with Arabic workout first for at least 6 months, (at 60-65% of your heart rate). Then, add strength training or etc
