I recommend a positive attitude
I recommend short sleep and good time
A good portion of food and staying calm
If things are rattling you say “Bismillah” or the Kalimah with your heart.
The Quran is beautiful, true and precious
Adopt the attitude of the Quran
Stay On no matter what may come!
Fear a meeting with the One True Lord my friend
Think well of Allah
Often it’s hard, family members have differing opinions and sometimes cast a shadow, sometimes your put down by others that cause you to anger.
Don’t hurt yourself, think well of Allah.
Train yourself well for the meeting dear One

In meant in general not only for prayers but also to read Coran or a book related to islam. Time is running fast now a days and when kids are small they are very demanding wake up a lot at night so your brain cannot focus. It was suggest to me to do read when kids are sleeping or wake up earlier but due to lake of sleep when they sleep I am so tired that when I tried to read I cannot focus and have to read few times the same sentence to understand what it is all about.
