In reply to Ismail Owino. The writer did say that it alluded to spiritual strength/imaan, but he said that physical strength will help us better achieve better inner strength. Almost like "A sound mind is in a sound body" type of thing.

Jazakallahu Khairan.very nice article.But a doubt is there , u mentioned a hadith about strong believer and weak believer. Does it only mean physical fitness.?i don’t think so.A person who is physically weak may be stronger in his beliefs.This is my personal opinion.only Allah knows the best.

Buckle up and tie one’s camel and then put trust in Allah are so basic lessons that unfortunately we don’t learn. Sometimes I feel to run campaign on such basic knowledge which we should have learned decades or even centuries earlier,,,
A lack of common sense or extreme show of carelessness and than relating the results to Almighty is something dilemma.
