I am not muslim but have some lovely muslim friends and beautiful Islam experience. However, I learned about this use online by myself. I want to start using it because it sounds like the benefits are many for one’s health and teeth. Thank you kindly.

This is a great article summarizing the benefits of miswak. I do want to point out something – it is sunnah to use it before meals. Miswak is to be used before meals and ample time needs to pass when using it after meals. When eating , parts of the teeth get softer. We miswak before to take the protective measures to prevent stains and build up. Doing it after rubs away the enamel since the teeth automatically get softer while and after eating
