Salam alaykum Sister Nabeela! AlhamdulAllah that you want to repair and mend relations with people you might have intentionally or unintentionally hurt. This is a good first step, insha’Allah.
How about you try the following b’thn Allah:

1- Make sincere dua to Allah that you want Him to facilitate for you all your affairs and to facilitate for your seeking forgiveness from the people you hurt.

2- Feeling deeply sorry and regretful at heart is also needed as a sign of sincere repentance.

3- Do a lot of istighfar.

4- Now, try to think of creative ways to ask those people to forgive you. Maybe send them a short but sincere message. Send them flowers. Send chocolate… or anything you know they love and might cheer them up. Send them a note simply expressing how good and beautiful they are as human beings and how much they give and how much goodness they bring to you and others…

So, repentance at heart, trying not to hurt or commit injustice against the self or others again, making dua for aid and inspiration to amend relations, then making simple thoughtful moves that could bring happiness to those people’s hearts.

Insha’Allah, Allah will help you so long as you’re sincere. We all slip, but we can make things right again and Allah helps us again and again and so we should also help one another.

I love you too, my beloved sister for the sake of Allah! What a beautiful gift and blessing it is to have such kind heart that softens easily with the remembrance of Allah like yours! Barak Allahu feeki! I ask Allah [swt] to suffice you and bring peace and light to your heart and make you a source of peace and light to everyone around you.

I ask Allah to grant you -and our fellow brothers and sisters- everything in this precious dua’ that our Prophet Muhammad taught us:

“O Allah, I ask You for all that is good, in this world and in the Hereafter, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I seek refuge with You from all evil, in this world and in the Hereafter, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet has asked You for, and I seek refuge with You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet sought refuge. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and for that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed, and I seek refuge in You from Hell and from that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree concerning me good”

Ameen.
