And to those who say prayer should be first let us remind them on how our Prophet – Peace be on him -, handled challenging situations.

Lets us go back into the past just before the battle of Badr. It was a dire situation for the muslims, being out numbered and ill-equipped. Our Prophet made sure everything was in order the day before the battle – that is number of men, strategy, weaponry and so on and at last on the eve of the battle he spent the night in prayer.

This teaches us to do whatever possible in this world to achieve our goals and then turn to Allah the Almighty for help.

P.S.This doodle made me remember the incidents at Badr and I would thank SIster Aneesah for making me relive history even if it is for a moment and may Allah have mercy on her.
