Thank you for sharing your friend’s concern. JazakiAllah khair for having her read this article. Our main goal is to strive to develop utmost concentration. That is what Allah (SWT) commands. We’re bound to be distracted; even the Sahaabah (RAA) were distracted. Rather than breaking prayer and restarting, we’re to keep going and continue refreshing our concentration throughout Salah. Masha ALLAH this article is indeed helpful and benifitting . Can i ask a question that my friend has a problem. that she keeps breaking her salahs because she thinks that she is not submissive she tries her very beat to concentrate but sometimes she loses concentration and she thinks that the her prayer is invalid and she breaks it . this happens many times. i made her reaswerd this article and she found it helpful but she wanted you to answer this question.
