I suggest trying the Pomodoro Technique (see URL below). It would help you break up your work in 25 minute slots. Also, the best time would be to study after Fajr, where you are blessed in your time. Set yourself bite-sized tasks so that you do a little everyday rather than setting up a big chunk of time on the weekend.
