I feel you. Sometimes the reality is just that there simply isn’t time for ourselves. I suggest that you intend to do even the household chores as a form of worship, do it fisabilillah and in sha Allah you’ll be rewarded for that too. Even as you do the work, keep whispering some Zikr. May Allah see us through and make things easy for us.
