My one problem however, is that what if the critic (in the belief section of the article) who disapproves of or does not think you can do it is your own self? I do not know why but for some reason, I hate myself and never think I can get past low standards like the £30k a year example. How do I combat this within myself because for me, that is the only barrier to actually changing?
