I also tend to write scripts that send me a notification every 30 minutes that reminds me to mention Allah or something like this, and it helps me a lot around many of the problems I may have.

In addition, on modern mobile systems there are screen time limiting functionalities, which allows you to limit how much time you can spend in a specific app before the system prevents you from using it, as well as it shows you how much time you spent on the phone and where did you spend it. I recommend everyone to enable these.

Download Opera browser for free, that way you can save your Internet browsing session with all your favorite websites and articles (all your tabs) that are not work related. You can then open up your browsing tabs once you get a break from work and only when you have a break so that you remain productive.

I think we can read books instead of staying on Facebook and internet .. I’m doing that now and it’s really beneficial

Regarding Facebook, I decided to log in at the weekend ONLY as the cost of spending time on it, is more than the benefit at all and that is an annoying issue and we will be asked about our time
