The best rule would be followed as per quran. Allah swt says in Quraan . Day is for earning. Night is for rest. Night starts from after mighrib and esha. In these days of nightouts it’s tough to wakeup early if we do then may be for a day or two. So early sleep immediate after Esha only will make you healthy sleep and a good regular wakeup for Fajar. Else one has to struggle with his health and day job . So goto bed not far than 9:30 pm for fajar of 4:30 am.

If the other person does not reply to the text, call him until he wakes up. If he still doesn’t wake up, he has to donate $1 to charity for every jama3ah he missed. That’s the best technique that got me to wake up everyday and go to the masjid to pray.
