I normally never comment but today I want to mention something. I want to remind you that the effort you put into anything can be timeless sometimes. Brother Faris I didn’t realize that this is an old article untill I checked the date and it really made my day that the knowledge I was seeking today, at this moment, was written for me 10 years ago, SubhanAllah. 10 years ago I would not have even thought that I would reach a stage in my l when I would give up all the hobbies that I loved for the sake of Allah SAW. Allah SAW works in mysterious ways. So thank you so much for this article I really appreciate it. I just have a request if you don’t mind. I am an avid reader and I extremely enjoy reading. This Ramadan I made a promise to avoid all kinds of entertainment which may have haram elements. Therefore I am really interested in your book recommendations but unfortunately the link is not working for me. I would really appreciate some help in regards to this.

On a lighter note…..we actually do recommend it as part of therapy esp CBT.
